அரச நிறுவனங்களில் குவிந்துள்ள தேவையற்ற பொருட்களை அகற்றும் சிறப்புத் திட்டம், “செயிரி வாரம்” என்ற பெயரில் இன்று (01) முதல் நான்கு நாட்களுக்கு ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
அரச நிறுவனங்களில் பணிபுரியும் அதிகாரிகள், சுதந்திரமாகவும், ஆரோக்கியமான சூழலிலும் கடமைகளைச் செய்வதை உறுதி செய்யும் நோக்கில் இந்தத் திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.
இதற்காக, பொது நிர்வாகம், மாகாண சபைகள் மற்றும் உள்ளூராட்சி அமைச்சின் செயலாளரால் விசேட சுற்றுநிருபம் ஒன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்த சுற்றுநிருபம் அனைத்து அமைச்சுகளின் செயலாளர்கள், மாகாணத் தலைமைச் செயலாளர்கள், திணைக்களத் தலைவர்கள், மாவட்டச் செயலாளர்கள், அரச கூட்டுத்தாபனங்கள் மற்றும் சட்ட சபைகளின் பிரதானிகளுக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
“கிளீன் சிறிலங்கா” என்ற தேசிய திட்டத்துடன் இணைந்து இத்திட்டம் மேற்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது. இதன் கீழ், அரச அலுவலகங்களில் தேவையில்லாத பொருட்கள் அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டு, அவை அகற்றப்படும்.
The Sri Lankan government has launched a special four-day program, named “Seyi Wara,” to remove unnecessary items from state institutions. The initiative, which started today, aims to create a clean and healthy working environment for public officials. A special circular has been issued by the Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils, and Local Government, instructing all relevant officials to identify and dispose of unwanted items in their workplaces. The program is part of the “Clean Sri Lanka” national initiative.
