தொழிற்சங்க நடவடிக்கையில் இலங்கை மின்சார சபை!

இலங்கை மின்சார சபையின் அனைத்து தொழிற்சங்கங்களும் இன்று (செப்டம்பர் 4, 2025) முதல் சட்டப்படி வேலை செய்யும் தொழிற்சங்கப் போராட்டத்தை (work-to-rule) ஆரம்பிக்கத் தீர்மானித்துள்ளன.

மின்சார சபையின் மறுசீரமைப்பு மற்றும் ஊழியர்களின் 16 கோரிக்கைகளை வலியுறுத்தி இந்தப் போராட்டம் முன்னெடுக்கப்படவுள்ளது. இந்த கோரிக்கைகளில், கொடுப்பனவுகள் மற்றும் பதவி உயர்வு வழங்கப்படாமை போன்ற விடயங்களும் அடங்கும்.

இந்தப் போராட்டம் காரணமாக மின்சார விநியோகத்தில் தாமதங்கள் ஏற்பட வாய்ப்புள்ளதாகக் கூறப்படுகிறது.

All trade unions of the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) have decided to launch a “work-to-rule” trade union action starting today (September 4, 2025). The protest is being carried out to press for the CEB’s restructuring and to demand the fulfillment of 16 specific requests from employees, including the payment of allowances and the provision of promotions. The action could potentially lead to delays in electricity services.
