ருஹுணு பல்கலைக்கழக விவசாய பீடத்தில் இரண்டு மாணவர் குழுக்களுக்கிடையில் ஏற்பட்ட மோதலில் அறுவர் காயமடைந்து மருத்துவமனையில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தெரிவிக்கப்படுகின்றது.
இந்தச் சம்பவம் தொடர்பாக 21 பேர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாகக் காவல்துறையினர் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.
குறித்த சம்பவத்தின் காரணமாக, விவசாய பீடத்தின் இரண்டாம் மற்றும் மூன்றாம் ஆண்டு மாணவர்கள் மறு அறிவிப்பு வரும் வரை உடனடியாகப் பல்கலைக்கழக வளாகத்தை விட்டு வெளியேறுமாறு அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
Six people were injured and hospitalized following a clash between two student groups at the Faculty of Agriculture of Ruhuna University. Police have confirmed that 21 individuals have been arrested in connection with the incident, and as a result, second and third-year students of the faculty have been instructed to vacate the university premises immediately until further notice.
